Where can I receive my order?
You will receive your order at the address provided during the purchase process.
How long will it take to get to me?
You will receive your order at the address provided 24-48 hours (working days) after we have processed it.
Shipping costs are free of charge.
What is the status of my order?
To find out the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
To return an item you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order, your contact details and the collection address. Our courier company will then contact you to arrange the collection. If you do not wish to return the products through our courier service, you can send, at your own cost, the correctly labelled package to the following address:

Please bear in mind that if you wish to return the items to us freight collect/cash on delivery, we may charge you any costs incurred.
All items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding invoice (found inside the box in which your item(s) were delivered). In the case of underwear or swimwear, the items to be returned must have the protective hygiene liner still in place.
What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Do I have to pay return costs?
The costs of return are free of charge if you use our courier service.
If, on the other hand, you decide to send us the package yourself, you are responsible for the payment of the return costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your refund has been received and approved, the refund will be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.
When will I receive the amount of my refund?
After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect condition and have all inner labels intact) you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the amount to be credited to your card. The credit card reimbursement depends on your bank and will be made within 14 calendar days.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
